Admin area modernised and structured more effectively
This update is a big step forward! Lots of new features that further speed up and simplify working with Architrave.
Especially interesting for you as an admin: The admin area has been completely overhauled. New design (beautiful!), new workflows and functionalities (faster and clearer!).
We will activate the new administration at the beginning of next year on 6 January 2025 - but we are already informing you about the most important innovations. If you wish, you can also start using the new environment straight away. Simply contact our Customer Happiness Department and we will activate the new admin area for you immediately.
Administration of a new kind
The admin area has a new structure. It will enable existing admins, but especially all new admins, to find their way around the administration more easily and quickly.
This is achieved by making each administration element (asset, group, user, etc.) stand alone. The relationships between them are managed via a side panel on the right - simply use the respective plus or minus symbol on the left-hand side of the line. This allows you to see the relationship between the units at any time and adjust them easily and efficiently.
Clear counters and highlighting provide additional transparency. All columns in the overviews can also be sorted and filtered. This allows you to find the desired entries even faster.
If you want to edit an administration element itself, you can do so at any time by clicking on the pencil icon on the right-hand side of the overview table or in the relevant row in the side panel.
Assign all assets of a portfolio to a group
Here we have taken up your feedback from the last customer advisory board directly. In the new admin area, all assets of one (or more) portfolios can be added to a group with just a few clicks - without a time-consuming search.
You can also see at a glance how many assets of a portfolio are already assigned to the group.
Revised Q&A and Dynamic Q&A Processes
The creation and editing of (dynamic) Q&A processes has also been completely redesigned. You benefit from greater clarity and faster processes in the management of Q&A processes.
Create folders while copying or moving
Of course, we also have something for end users: new folders can now be created while documents and folders are being moved or copied. A significant time saver, as there is no need to switch back and forth between views.
Quick selection for the document list
Reports need to be quickly at hand. That's why there is now a shortcut with the quick selection for assets. Stock, transaction, special portfolio? No problem: request a report, done!
Index with new search function
The index view provides the best overview of the entire folder structure of an asset. You can now also search for a folder here and then call it up directly...
