The Q&A Process – The question/answer tool

An overview

Questions concerning  a property can be attached directly to folders or documents in the document organiser.

To do so, use the “Ask question” function in the context menu:

Enter your question using a maximum of 2000 characters then click “Send”.

Your question will be forwarded directly to the relevant experts.

Once your question has been answered, you will receive an email forwarding you to the answer in the Architrave Q&A tool.

You can use the “Q&A Process” tab to see an overview of your processes and discover how many questions are open or have been approved.

Clicking on a process provides you with insights and enables you to call up all questions and answers already provided.
