Upload of entire folder structures & self service permission management
Document handling with Architrave moves up a level. Three substantial updates deliver considerable efficiency gains. Here they are:
New: upload complete folder structures directly
Save valuable time and manual effort: from now on you no longer upload individual documents only, but entire folder structures including all subfolders and files. Simply by drag and drop or via the dialog window.
Full transparency: You are kept up to date on the progress at all times.
Maximum efficiency: Build complex data room structures yourself right away: fast, independently and entirely without external support.
Good to know: we are already working hard on further increasing the processing speed for large folder structures in the upcoming updates.
Permission management directly in the administration area
Until now you had to contact our friendly support team to assign AV Automate upload rights to a user, for example. From now on you can handle this yourself in the administration area.
Ready to use immediately: adjust rights in the user profile with a few clicks; changes take effect without delay.

Additional capabilities via API
We are continuously expanding our API so you can automate more processes and integrate Architrave more deeply into your own systems. Newly available:
- Create and delete folders
- Upload documents to folders (without AV Automate)
- Delete documents
- Download an asset as a ZIP file
- Export an asset's classification and extraction data as an Excel file
This gives you comprehensive access to your data and lets you migrate documents to Architrave yourself — without a separate service request and without coordination loops on either side.
