Search operators and move/copy between assets
Introducing two new search operators
Supercharge your search and get faster, more accurate results by using the two following search operators:
- inName=(search term) search within the document name
- inDocument=(search term) search within the document text
These search operators can be used individually or in combination. To further narrow your search results, combine the operators by typing them in succession:
Example: inName=(Datenblatt) inDocument=(Berlin)
And a friendly reminder, we launched “Exact Search” in a previous release. With this update, you can get an exact match of your search terms by placing quotation marks around them.
Move and copy assets
Last but not least, you can now move or copy documents and folders to different assets within the same portfolio.
