Exact Search

You are now able to place quotes around your search terms to trigger an "exact search" for the document content search. Instead of search terms being searched individually as before, the terms are now searched for exactly in this spelling, as known from other search engines. This behavior should greatly improve your hit rate when looking for contents of your documents.

Asset-ID added in global search

You are able to see the Asset-ID and folder a document belongs to in the search results. This adjustment allows the same file names to be assigned to an asset without going back and forth between the search and the document and will save you time during your daily work.

Turn on and turn off columns in Document Organizer 

Create your own individual column view: Simply activate the columns you want and hide those you don't need.

Selective notifications

Always up to date: You are now able to selectively turn on or off notifications for each folder in the Document Organizer via the context menu. When a change in that particular folder is happening, you will be notified.

Indication folder empty or not

At a glance: The folder icon now distinguishes between empty or filled folders. This helps you to easily navigate through your data room.

Position of Upload/Create new folder button

We have repositioned the upload button for a cleaner user experience. You will now find the button on the upper right.

Folder overview renaming

The folder view selector has been redesigned. This redesign now includes the renamed option “Folder overview”.
