November'25 updates

Written by Architrave Product Team | Nov 20, 2025 3:02:04 PM

Our goal is to continuously make Architrave more intuitive and efficient for you. With the current release, we are focusing on precisely that: we have not only optimised the user experience (UX) within the application, but also expanded our API endpoints. For you, this means smoother workflows and even more flexible integration options into your existing system landscape.

Switching between buyer and seller views

Switching between buyer and seller views has been optimised so that you can see at a glance which perspective you are viewing the cockpit from. One click and the view changes.

History in (D)Q&A

Access to the history in (D)Q&A has been positioned closer to the question. If there is a history, the button shown appears next to the question and is highlighted with a gentle animation. This makes the history more visible and intuitive to use.

Comment function gets its own dialogue box

Previously, comments could be added in the DQ&A process via the answer field. This could lead to confusion, which is why we have now introduced a separate text field for comments. Answers and comments can now be clearly separated at any time.

Additional endpoints for our API

For some of our customers, integration into existing system landscapes is an important aspect that can be achieved with the help of our API. Our goal here is to make more and more functionalities available for technical connections. Since this release, it is now possible to

  • list assets, their folder and documents
  • download documents
  • receive existing document classes and fields
  • apply additional filters, such as document class, date, source for AV Automate documents

At this point, we would also like to remind you that we provide an SCIM API for automated user management.

We have also fixed a few bugs and made some under-the-hood preparations. Stay tuned, as there are some new features uplined for you in 2026.

We hope you like the improvements in this release and wish you a wonderful pre-Christmas season!
