Even clearer Q&A processes, faster in-asset search!
After the complete modernisation of the administration, it was now the turn of the Q&A pages. The effect: a better overview and even more intuitive operation.
Also included: the improved live search within an asset.
Dynamic Q&A: Administration
Administrators of Dynamic Q&A processes have probably already noticed. The Dynamic Q&A administration has been redesigned and enhanced with more flexible navigation and greatly improved validation and feedback functions.
You can now see at any time which settings are still open and which are completed. You can also zoom and customise your view in the workflow area and check the status for each individual station.
Dynamic Q&A: Improved overview
The new structure and modernised design provide a much clearer overview of the process pages. Colour highlights clarify the status and actions.
Two new filters are also available: Groups & Assets - focus only on relevant questions.
All good things come in threes: Individual stations can also be filtered for Dynamic Q&A processes.
The history of a question can now be accessed via a separate side panel. Here too, colours and icons help to understand the different process steps of a question and its answers/approvals.

Action menu in the folder overview
For even faster workflows: With the new version, it is now possible to perform folder operations directly via the folder overview.
Right-click on the desired folder and the familiar operations are available to you. For example, ask a question, rename, move, change the status of or delete the folder. It is also possible to create new folders.
Live search within asset
Searched content at your fingertips even faster: From now on, you have the option of deactivating the global search within an asset. The search bar then works like a live search / live filter and immediately shows you folders and files within the asset whose name matches the search term.
The preferred search variant is saved in your browser until you change it.
Search for descriptions in the administration
Last but not least: For all entities on the administration page, descriptions are now taken into account during searches.
