January '24 updates

After much hard work, we’re starting the new year with a bang. Our latest release, inspired by your valuable feedback, is packed with new, practical, and eagerly anticipated features. These additions are designed to make your experience with Architrave faster, more streamlined, and more enjoyable than ever. Here's what's new:

Milestone reached: Introducing the extracted data display

Data lies at the core of all documentation. Until now, the data we extracted was "merely" used to generate standardized file/document names. However, you should be able to access your data quickly without reading through pages of documents to find it. 

As a result, we’ve developed a new extracted data display that presents the most essential pieces of data directly in your document preview. As every document differs, the number of data fields varies depending on the document type.

We’re rolling out this update for all documents added via AV Automate. Soon, documents uploaded from other sources (i.e., AV Onboard) will also benefit from this new feature - watch this space!

Refine your search with search operator tooltips

Search operator tooltips are a discrete but powerful time-saving tool that enable you to access the information you need in a flash. These tips are a glossary for different search operator terms that help you refine your search by using specific or combined parameters. 

With this update, you no longer need to manually enter a search operator formula; simply click the question mark button in the search bar to bring up the tooltip glossary. Then, select the search parameter you want to use to generate a list of more specific search results. 

Locate your assets by portfolio

Great news for everyone who organizes their assets by portfolio! We’ve implemented a top feature request from your wishlist: the portfolio filter. As a result, in addition to the existing filters, you can now narrow your search results according to portfolio.

Enjoy a more intuitive asset tile

Priority matters, and we’ve learned from you that the asset ID is of paramount importance. So, we’ve restructured the information hierarchy of each asset tile: The ID number is now displayed right at the top of the tile. 

Additionally, we’ve replaced the previous "In transaction" label with a blue line at the bottom edge of the tile.

Perform high-level actions at the asset level

Previously, you could only initiate high-level asset actions from the cockpit. Now, these central functions are also available in the document organizer. You can find the selection menu to perform these actions by clicking the three vertical dots next to the asset information. This shortcut will save you a "detour" through the cockpit!

As you can see, we’re busy working on plenty of new developments that will turbocharge your productivity. However, this has only been possible thanks to your constructive feedback, which we will continue to rely on to make AV Operate the fastest, most intuitive, and cutting-edge real estate data room in the market.
