Holiday season? No way! We have been very busy over the last few weeks and have some new features for you that will make your work even more efficient.

More overview in the Cockpit

We have completely redesigned the cockpit for you. All your assets are now clearly displayed in the list view - without changing pages or limiting the assets displayed.

However, if you would like to visualize your assets on a map, you now have the option of switching the display to the map view at the top right. The map now has significantly more space and you can perform all asset functionality on the map itself: set favorites, change the transaction status, request downloads, etc. Another new detail: Are you looking for your favorite assets? These are now displayed using a star symbol (and the favorites filter also works on the map, of course).

Quick access to other documents in the Document Organizer

We also have some new features in the Document Organizer. Not only is the user interface now tidier and the navigation overview of the folders more space-saving, the new release also allows you to quickly switch between documents in the same folder without having to close the document preview.

Good to know: If you are in the “All documents” view, you can jump directly to the folder of the document with one click:

So that you don't run out of space, the folder overview on the left-hand side can now not only be reduced in size, but also completely collapsed.

Date and group filter for the login report

Especially interesting for our long-time customers: The login report now has a date and a group filter to limit the size of the report or to restrict it to a specific time period or a group of users. Goodbye filtering in Excel!

Increase of the download limit

You can now download up to 10 GB of asset data. We have significantly increased the previous limit of 4 GB for you. And it's that simple:

  1. Move the mouse pointer over the desired asset
  2. Click on “Download” in the three-dot menu that appears

In a few minutes you will receive an email from us with a download link to the requested data.

Miscellaneous

In addition, we have made a few minor adjustments to the e-mail settings so that new users now receive an email with a summary of activities once a day by default instead of being informed directly about news. Of course, the preference can still be changed via the user settings
